We are very sorry to hear of the loss of this special lady. Auntie Elaine has played a big role in my life growing up, and looking up to her as I grew up with Paula. My heart and prayers go out to all of you.

Courtney, Carley, and Mak,
A poem to help you through this time~
Your mother is always with you...
She's the whisper of the leaves
as you walk down the street.
She's the smell of bleach
in your freshly laundered socks.
She's the cool hand on your brow
when you're not well.
Your mother lives inside your laughter. She's crystallized in every tear drop.
She's the place you came from,
your first home...She's the map you follow with every step that you take.
She's your first love and your first heart break...and nothing on earth can separate you.
Not time, not space...
not even death...
will ever separate you
from your mother...
You carry her inside of you forever...
We share in your grief and send our love,
Margie, Chuck, Sara & Charlie

Eric,
Courtney, Carley and Mak:
Words can't express what any of us are feeling now. The world has lost
a beautiful soul who brought happiness to anyone who crossed her path.
I have always been inspired by and will never forget the love I saw in
her eyes every time she talked about her family. You can bet her
beautiful smile is shining in heaven this day and she is sending hugs
to comfort all of us. Strength and peace to you in the coming days...
Love,
Sue, Kyle and Cory Burkwald
